Delivery Policy
We are happy to deliver anywhere in the UK and all deliveries are carried out by a VirtualBikeShowroom.com employee in one of our company vehicles. All bikes are insured while in transit.
Return Policy
We are happy to refund or exchange unused parts/items supplied by us returned within 30 days. They must be sent by recorded mail. You will be liable to pay carriage and shipping charges providing it is not an error on our behalf. We prefer to be contacted by email, so that we have a record of your requirements. We do not accept returns on our motorcycles unless they are in the condition in which they were supplied and have not been ridden. The mileage at the point of sale will verify this.
Privacy and Security
We will never share your personal or credit
card details with anyone else.
We never send unsolicited emails or provide details of your
address or email details to mailing agencies.
You will only ever be contacted by us in the event of a query
regarding your purchase or if requested to by yourself.
We never cold call or sell direct by phone.
All purchases made over the phone take place on a secure server. We use security certificates to send and receive emails. Your credit card details are never sent without encryption.
We do not store or keep any financial information.
Refunds
We aim to satisfy all customers. If however we have supplied the incorrect part or the quality is not to your satisfaction, Kindly contact us so that we can arrange to have the part returned for a full refund or replacement. All parts and bikes must be in the same condition in which they were sold.
Cancellations
We can cancel any order up to the point of despatch. After dispatch you will be liable for the delivery cost in full if an order is cancelled.
